Site Limits:

One family unit - six person limit per site, INCLUDING visitors.  Four adult limit per site. Tent sites are limited to 1 tent/2 vehicles OR 2 tents/1 vehicle (tent site sizes may vary). RV sites are limited to 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle.  Additional tents are not to be set up on RV, cabin or cottage sites.

Deposits:

An advance deposit of the first night's site rental is required for all standard RV and tent reservations.  Your deposit holds your site until 9am the following morning, at which time it may be cancelled.  Deposits can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). No personal checks or AmericanExpress accepted.

Cancellations: 

RV and Tent Sites - Refund of the deposit (less a $10 fee per site) if campsite is cancelled 

by 4pm TWO DAYS before scheduled arrival date. 

Cabins and Cottage- Refund of the deposit (less a $10 fee per cabin/cottage) if cabin/cottage is cancelled 

by 4pm ONE WEEK before scheduled arrival date.

Weekend Cabins/Cottage - Beginning Mid-May, there will be a two-night minimum stay required for all weekend cabin/cottage reservations. Any combination of Thursday/Friday  or  Friday/Saturday  or Saturday/Sunday is acceptable. The FULL AMOUNT for the weekend stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made. The deposit is refunded (less a $10 fee per cabin/cottage) if the cabin/cottage reservation is cancelled prior to the one week deadline.

For any multiple night reservations, we reserve the right to charge an additional night's fee for any "no show" reservations. If you can't come, it's best to call and cancel.

Date Change:

If you have to change your reservation date, we allow ONE date change, as long as the change is made prior to the National KOA Cancellation Deadline OR our HOLIDAY Cancellation Deadline (see below). We do not allow reservation date changes once the reservation falls within the cancellation period.

Check-in: 

Anytime after 1:00 pm for RV and Tent sites.  

Anytime after 2:00 pm for cabins/cottage.

Check-out:

Check-out on your last morning is by 12:00 noon for RV and Tent sites.  

Check-out for the cabins/cottage is by 11:00 am.

Visitors:

Must register at the office and are subject to the same daily rates as "Additional Persons."

Must leave the campground by 10 pm or pay additional daily rates. No more than 6 people per site INCLUDING visitors!

All of our camping cabins and cottages are strictly designated NON-SMOKING and NON-PET. Violators will be charged a $50.00 per day cleaning fine and will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund!

Holiday and Special Event Time Periods:

A 30 day cancellation policy is in effect for all sites, cabins, and cottages. Holiday deposits are refunded, except for a $10 cancel fee per site, cabin, or cottage if cancelled prior to the 30 day deadline.

ANY HOLIDAY cancellations less than 30 days to check-in will forfeit the ENTIRE deposit.

All holiday reservations require a minimum night stay for all site types (2 or 3 nights depending on the holiday). Any reservation that includes ANY part of a holiday weekend is subject to the holiday cancellation policy and the minimum night stay requirement.

RV & Tent Sites:  A first night's deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

Cabins/Cottage:  The FULL AMOUNT for the holiday stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made for all cabins and cottages. The 30 day Holiday/Special Event Cancellation applies to cabin and cottage reservations for UVA graduation weekend.
