One-Room Cabin (Kabin) - Five total
	Sleeps four persons (1 full size bed and 1 bunk bed)
	AC / Heat
	Electricity and ceiling fan
	Water outside
	Picnic table, fire ring, and grill
	One vehicle limit

Two-Room Cabin - One total
	Sleeps six persons (1 full size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds)
	AC / Heat
	Electricity and ceiling fans
	Water outside
	Picnic table, fire ring, and grill
	Two vehicle limit
	BONUS - This cabin has Cable TV and a small refrigerator

Three-Room Cottage/Deluxe Cabin - One total
	Sleeps up to eight persons (1 full size bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 futon)
	AC / Heat, electricity and ceiling fans
	Kitchenette with a sink, small refrigerator and microwave
	Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
	Picnic table, fire ring, and grill
	Two vehicle limit

You need to bring:
	Sleeping bags or bed linens and pillows
	Cooking and eating utensils
	Personal items

	Weekend Minimums - Beginning Mid-May, there will be a two-night minimum stay required for all weekend cabin and cottage reservations. Any combination of Thursday/Friday  or  Friday/Saturday  or Saturday/Sunday is acceptable. Holiday weekends - require a 3 night miniumum stay (some holidays have a 2 night minumum stay) and have a 30 day cancellation policy. UVA graduation weekend has a 30 day cancellation policy as well.
	Easter Weekend will require a two-night minimum and full stay deposit for cabin and cottage reservations.
	No tents can be set-up on cabin or cottage sites. Check-in is anytime AFTER 2:00 pm, and check-out is BY 11:00 am.
	All of our camping cabins and cottages are strictly designated NON-SMOKING and NON-PET. Violators will be charged a $50.00 per day cleaning fine and will be asked to leave WITHOUT a refund!
